5 Clock Tower Park
Designed for larger companies alongside smaller offices, building 5 can accommodate upto 25 people in one space with certain offices combined for larger firms. As with building 3, this is a grand villa with an impressive entrance space and lounge area in the large hallways.
Office sizes range from 2 to 25 person spaces, all with large windows, high ceilings, superfast internet through multiple cat5 sockets and modern lighting systems. There are three kitchens, an 8 person meeting room, 2 accessible toilets and lounge areas for informal meetings / waiting area .
7 Clock Tower Park
Currently let an an entire building, plot 7 works perfectly as a self-contained 4400 sqft office building for up to 80 people.
